2400 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 2400 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 2400 platform, you expressly agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document, as well as all policies, guidelines, and rules published by 2400 from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account if you have one. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these terms is deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The 2400 platform is strictly available to individuals aged 18 and above. Use of this service by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 2400 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice and the freezing of existing balances.
All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and any identification details required for account verification. 2400 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone. All activity that occurs in your account — including bets, deposits, or withdrawals — is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you report unauthorised access to the 2400 support team promptly.

Platform Usage Rules
Users are prohibited from using the 2400 platform for any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, or any form of criminal conduct. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to access or interact with the platform in ways not intended is strictly forbidden.
Users are also prohibited from attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities, system errors, or promotions in ways not intended by the platform. Any such attempt will result in immediate account closure and the freezing of all associated funds.
Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All financial transactions on the 2400 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not directly accept or process payments in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that occurs is the responsibility of the third-party payment provider, and 2400 is not liable for any losses arising from such conversions.
Deposits made to your 2400 account are final and non-reversible once processed. Users are responsible for ensuring the correct amount is entered before confirming any deposit transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policy, which may change without prior notice.
Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the 2400 team. All withdrawal requests are subject to security and compliance checks before being processed. Processing times may take between one and five business days depending on the chosen payment method.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them. The use of another person's bank account or digital wallet is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
Liability Limits and Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
The 2400 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly and accessible, we do not guarantee that it will be free from interruptions, technical delays, or errors at all times. 2400 is not liable for any financial loss or other damages arising from technical disruptions, system failures, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.
In no event shall 2400's total liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. 2400 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
Account Suspension and Closure
2400 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these terms, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform. In cases of account closure due to fraud or terms violations, the account balance may be forfeited.
Users may close their account at any time by contacting 2400 support. Before closure, all active rollover requirements and any withdrawal restrictions tied to bonuses must be fulfilled first.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the 2400 platform are the exclusive property of 2400 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 2400.
The 2400 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are outside of 2400's control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access such websites entirely at your own risk.
Amendments and Governing Law
2400 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the applicable terms.
Continued use of the 2400 platform following any published amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 2400 platform or these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision shall be deemed void only to the extent of its invalidity, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 2400's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
